2025 Fall Teacher Schedules

Teacher Forms

To submit fall scheduling forms for your students, click YOUR NAME from the list below to access the assigned document for your students. Click on the designated tab inside your assigned document to view various scheduling information.

Status Report Form / Due July 24

Click on tab labeled “Status Report: Returning St.” For each returning student listed, select the dropdown option that indicates each student’s current scheduling status as of July 24: Scheduling not started, Scheduled, Waiting on Parent, Not continuing with lessons.

Fall Schedule Form / Due July 31

Click on tab labeled “2025 Fall Schedule” For each returning student, cut student’s FIRST and LAST name from the typed list in the first column and then paste the info onto the correct day and time on your schedule. On your schedule form, be sure to include student’s lesson start time and end time. Also, double check that the lesson length indicated on the “Status Report” registration tab matches the student’s lesson length on your schedule.

Scheduling Deadline

Student Status Report forms are due Thursday, July 24. Thank you for prioritizing parent communications to give an accurate indication of student scheduling plans at this point.

Fall schedule forms are due Thursday, July 31. All forms will be considered “COMPLETE” after that date, which means you will no longer be able to make changes to student lesson times on the shared document.

Once you finalize all lesson times for returning students, be sure to scroll to the top of the document and click “SCHEDULE FINALIZED” to record your responses.

After the submission deadline on July 31, you will no longer be able to access the shared document, so be sure to MAKE A COPY for your own records.
