Students Schedules/Weekly Lessons

Thank you for keeping online lesson calendars accurate for weekly student lesson times. Please complete the appropriate form below to make changes to your online calendar.

NEW STUDENT/Lesson Time Form

Once you confirm a new student lesson time with the parent, complete the online NEW STUDENT FORM by clicking HERE. After you complete the online form, DMA Administrators will add the student to your online attendance calendar & your online schedule tab.

CURRENT STUDENT/Lesson Time Swap

To notify the Academy office of a “permanent” scheduling swap for a weekly lesson time, complete the online SCHEDULE SWAP FORM by clicking HERE. After you complete the online form, DMA Administrators will add the student to your online attendance calendar & your online schedule tab.

During the semester, if any student permanently SWAPS to a different weekly lesson day/time on your schedule for regular weekly lessons for the remainder of the semester, please submit the scheduling swap form so that your online attendance calendar can be updated accordingly. It’s important for your attendance calendar to accurately reflect your current teaching schedule for weekly lessons.

IMPORTANT: The lesson swap form should only be completed for swaps that will be implemented for regular weekly lessons. This form does not represent temporary adjustments for 1 or 2 weeks of make up lesson schedules.
