2026 Fall Teacher Deadlines

May 1 / 2026 FALL SCHEDULE FORMS OPEN for teachers to access & view

July 15 / 2026-27 Online Student Registration OPEN: All Returning students MUST complete online registration for 2025-26 lessons

July 16 / Priority Scheduling Begins for Returning Students:  Instructors contact returning students to confirm preferred lesson day & time

July 22 / 2026 STUDENT STATUS REPORT FORM Due: Instructors complete checklist form for RETURNING students

July 29 / 2026 FALL SCHEDULE FORM Due: Instructors submit confirmed lesson times for RETURNING students

July 31 / Priority Scheduling Ends for Returning Students & Earlybird Registration Ends for all students

August 1 / Priority Scheduling Begins for New Students

August 1 / Schedule FREEZE Window Begins for Returning Students: No schedule changes can be made for returning student lesson times between August 1 and August 31.  If there are extenuating circumstances, contact Kimberly prior to agreeing to any schedule change requests made by parents to confirm what options might be available.

August 12 / MATCH DAY for new students

August 13 /  Fall Teaching Room Locations Confirmed for Teachers

August 14 / Communications Day: Instructors contact parents & students to confirm details for the first lesson (teaching room location, time of lesson, what to bring, etc.)

August 14 / Noon Registration Deadline for returning students: Students not registered by noon will wait until week 2 to begin lessons

August 16 / Fall Semester Begins: To view lesson calendar, click HERE.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • *Before teaching any returning student for fall semester, instructors MUST confirm the student is marked “YES” for registration complete in the “Status Report” tab.
  • *If you teach a student who has not completed online registration, you will NOT BE PAID for that lesson.

Student Status Report / Due July 22

Click on tab labeled “Student Status Report.” For each returning student, select the dropdown option that indicates student’s current scheduling status: Scheduled, Scheduling not started, Scheduling in Process, Waiting on Parent Reply, Not continuing with lessons.

Fall Schedule Form / Due July 29

Click on tab labeled “2026 Fall Schedule.” For each returning student, type student’s FIRST And LAST name on the correct day. Indicate START time and END time for lesson. Confirm that lesson length indicated on “Status Report” registration tab matches student’s lesson length on your schedule.

Scheduling Deadline

Student Status Report forms are due Wednesday, July 22. Thank you for prioritizing parent communications to give an accurate indication of student scheduling plans at this point.

Fall schedule forms are due Wednesday, July 29. All forms will be considered “COMPLETE” after that date, which means you will no longer be able to make changes to student lesson times on the shared document.

Once you finalize all lesson times for returning students, be sure to scroll to the top of the document and click “SCHEDULE FINALIZED” to record your responses.

After the submission deadline on July 29, you will still be able to VIEW your document information, but you will no longer be able to EDIT the shared document.

“Schedule Freeze” Window / August 1-August 31

A “Schedule Freeze” window is in effect for current students from August 1-August 31, which means that no schedule changes can be made during this timeframe.  If there are extenuating circumstances, contact Kimberly prior to agreeing to any schedule change requests made by parents to confirm what options might be available.

New Student Match Day / August 12

Teachers will receive email notification that new students have been added to their assigned google doc.

Fall Semester Begins / August 16
